Input Mask is the only solution out there that truly solves the issue of controling user input on web forms. It is a life saver!

I have been looking for something like this for a long time. It has given a new definition to user friendliness in terms of form input for .NET apps that include telephone no. and ssn input boxes. Earlier I used javascript to implement this functionality (in ASP.NET), but it was extremely buggy... I would give it a 5 because there is nothing like it out there. Again, good job!!

Input Mask Control by Assisted Solutions is a great solution for limiting user input to certain types of values. From the user’s perspective it works similarly to the classic VB6 masked edit control, so many users will find it to be quite familiar. Using Input Mask Control you can limit input to phone numbers, Social Security Numbers, ZIP codes, dates, times, and even a Canadian Social Insurance Number. In case the preset masks aren't enough, this powerful control accepts nearly any custom mask that you can think of.

This control provides more than just a mask. It guides the cursor continously. It was impossible for me (whether onclick, onselect, etc...) to get the cursor trapped outside the mask.. GREAT JOB!!

I have searched for an input mask like this for awhile. Most input mask's available simply monitor the caret position and then add characters when necessary. This input mask keeps a solid mask in the box at all times. Much needed :)
